Discovery call
We talk about your business first: what you do, who your customers are, what the site actually needs to achieve. No price quoted until I understand that.
Proposal & agreement
You get a written proposal with the package, price, and timeline. A short agreement covers scope and payment, then a 50% deposit gets things started, with the balance due before the site goes live.
Content & setup
I send a simple checklist: logo, colours, text, photos. While you gather that, I get your domain, hosting, and business email sorted.
Design & build
You'll see a design direction before I build a single page, so nothing gets built twice. Then I build it out on a private staging link you can follow along on.
Testing & launch
Every page gets checked on real phones and browsers, every link and form gets tested, then the site goes live on your domain once you've signed off.
Handover & support
You get every login in one place: domain, hosting, email, plus an optional monthly plan for updates, backups, and peace of mind.
